Characteristics of the future AMD E10xxx should be:
Carrizo/Carrizo-L might be on 28-nm FD-SOI, and it might be equipped with a wide range AVFS.
These are might-ly specifications. FX-7600P/35W - 0.8v for 1400 MHz FX(Carrizo-L)/35W - 0.5v for 1500 MHz
FX-7600P/35W - 1.2v for 3.7 GHz FX(Carrizo-L)/35W - 1.3v for <4 GHz
E10xxx might also be on 28-nm FD-SOI. GlobalFoundries Fab 1 might be tooling for 14-nm FD-SOI, for Catamount APUs and 3rd Edition/Shrink Consoles. AMD might be the first high volume customer for ET-SOI at GlobalFoundries @ Fab 1/8.
